No

* Do any animal rights or animal protection organizations endorse you as a candidate or

No.

* Should Spaying or Neutering of an animal be controlled by the government through
legislation or should it be left between a veterinarian and their client to decide?

Absolutely no government interference in an animal owners rights. This is a matter to be
decided by the animal owner.

* Do you believe that animal owners should have their status as owners changed to the
status of guardians? As a guardian you do not own your animals, you are strictly a
caretaker?

No. Since the dawn of time animals have been considered property.

* Do you support the states' prerogatives to manage their resident wildlife populations
and establish local hunting regulations, without federal interference?

Yes. Wildlife populations should be managed so I do support local hunting regulations
with that goal in mind. The federal government has no constitutional authority to interfere
with state hunting regulations.

* Do you believe in peoples rights to own (responsibly) any animal of their choice,
regardless of species: exotic or domestic?

Yes. So long as the owner is responsible there is no problem with owning any animal of
their choice.

* Do you believe it is okay to discriminate against exotic animal owners through unfair
bans?

No. We need less government regulation, not more.

What is your position on the following animal and/or hunting related issues?

a) Hunting, including the use of dogs?

Hunting is a sport enjoyed by many and must be protected. Hunting is necessary to
control wildlife populations.

b) Fishing

Fishing also should be protected the same as hunting.

c) Animal medical research

I have trouble with animal medical research. It is necessary but should be done after
other available testing is successful.Obviously, treatments should be tested on animals
prior to testing on people.

d) Animal ownership and breeding (including pet & livestock breeding, research animals,
circuses and rodeos)

All of the above are rights people have or should have. Again, animals should only be
used for research when necessary.
