Yes, 1 dog, 2 cats. Have additionally lost a dog and a cat within the last 6 months, the cat
being 17 years old, the dog a diabetic. Have owned pets my entire lifetime.

Only any unnamed benevolent care facilities.

* Should Spaying or Neutering of an animal be controlled by the government through
legislation or should it be left between a veterinarian and their client to decide?
I am in favor of keeping the government out of our lives.
