A: Yes, my sister and her husband and children own a dog...."I am the uncle to Jake. lol"

A: Yes, he is.
* Do you support any animal rescue organizations or shelters?
A: Yes
* Do you or anyone in your immediate family hunt, with or without a dog?
A: Not at this time but my family on my father's side has in the past.
* Do you philosophically support any animal rights or animal protection organizations? If so,
please identify the organizations.
A: Yes, NSPCA...trying to find homes for the animals.
* Do any animal rights or animal protection organizations endorse you as a candidate or
financially support your campaign?
A: Nope...is there any that do endorse? Never received financial assistance either.
* Do you support intrusive pet legislation, such as the proposed federal law on breeding
frequency and a dog's parenting age (the so-called "Puppy Protection Act," H.R.3484)?
A: Not sure what this is about. I did a search and this is what came up for HR3484. 109th
CONGRESS 1st Session H. R. 3484 To suspend temporarily the duty on certain athletic
footwear.
* Should pets be granted legal rights and accorded "guardianships?"
A: I do not support animal abuse so I am not sure if that would fall under your defination of an
animal having "legal rights?"
* Do you support the states' prerogatives to manage their resident wildlife populations and
establish local hunting regulations, without federal interference?
A: Yes
* What is your position on the following animal and/or hunting related issues?
Hunting, including the use of hunting dogs-
