Answer: I'm not sure of this question , does that mean that the Government can come take your

more legislation to protect pets rights when it may be our rights that are overlooked in the eyes
of an overzealous government looking to tell me how to raise my pets .

Answer: I do not like to see any animals harmed for no reason , however I do feel that there
may be some very important purposes for such testing that will benefit mankind . Therefore I
see it as a necessary evil; and one that should not be taken lightly.
* Animal ownership and breeding (including pets, livestock, research animals
Answer: I believe the owner is the ultimate authority on how and when and how often they
want to breed their animals . I believe breeders should maybe set standards within their own
profession , but I DO NOT believe the government should be instituting regulations .
Ownership is 10-10ths of the law .
